Precision Sharp is the culmination of working with a sharp weapon or ninja tool for increased accuracy, even to the extent of sacrificing damage-dealing ability. The basic principle of Precision Sharp is targeting vital points with one's weapon rather than simply swinging it and hoping to hit. This also represents working with a sharp weapon long enough that it can be wielded almost as an extension of the body, without a need for conscious thought. In this manner, the only important factors are skill with sharp weapons in general, awareness and perception of the target, manual dexterity, and swift striking.
