Jutsu Description
"Prisonic Fairytale" is a very powerful Genjutsu that can only be cast with the Mangekyou Sharingan. Any who make eye-contact with the Genjutsu caster can potentially be locked inside of an illusionary world inside their own heads. The world is what appears to be a deserted resort town of some kind, heavy with fog, and yet not quite absent of certain 'others'… Time-sense of those affected by the Genjutsu is quite skewed within this town, and they can be split up in different places in the town or they may all arrive together in a 'shared' fabricated world, as per the whims of the Genjutsu caster.
Alterations to the reality the victims find themselves in are possible by imbueing the Genjutsu with additional Chakra, which is signified by a wailing siren that is audible everywhere in the world at once. As well, monsters, environmental hazards, or even mentally-crafted human beings of the Mangekyou-wielder's design may be incorporated into this town as obstacles.
Ultimately, there are two main reasons this Genjutsu may be cast. The first potential reason is to trap an enemy in a nightmarish illusion indefinitely, unless he or she discovers the exit — either a literal exit or fulfilling 'win conditions' that trigger the Genjutsu's cancellation. The second reason is to give someone time to deal with mental issues, resolve deep-seated fears, the sensation of guilt, or otherwise come to terms with problems that have been plaguing him or her. Thus, this Genjutsu can be used as an attack or to help someone.
If the Genjutsu caster physically attacks or otherwise attempts to harm someone under the influence of this Genjutsu, the Genjutsu is jarringly halted and the victim is freed instantly. Aside from potentially being surprised or traumatized, he or she is free to defend or respond appropriately.
NOTE: This Genjutsu is intended for plot/RP purposes, and the only time it will be cast is when it has been arranged in-advance between the skill-owner and one or more other people. It essentially provides for a full plot or scene within a fabricated world and at an accelerated rate of time's passage, allowing for much to occur without 'real' time passing very much.
