Psychotropic Augment
Psychotropic Augment is a technique for tremendously increasing the user's mental processing, resulting in a vast improvement to intelligence, genjutsu, and seals capability, plus a small increase in reactivity and movement speed. It works by casting a genjutsu on the user's own brain, simulating the effects of a precisely-designed cocktail of psychotropic drugs. The genjutsu works through a feedback loop, so it cannot be cast on others, only the user. This is a very dangerous technique to use frequently, as the genjutsu is as addictive as the actual drugs would be and far easier to experience.
