Seal Tag Chain
Seal Tag Chain is a technique in which a ninja uses a 'chain' of paper tags with Chakra-draining seals written upon them to wrap up an opponent or an opponent's limb temporarily. The paper is made tougher by the Chakra it drains from the enemy, but it still only lasts a short time. If the seals are disrupted by an attack, then they will deactivate immediately.
NOTE: Though blockable by various barriers, such as walls and similar, this attack can NOT be blocked via most forms of Taijutsu defenses. It would just result in being snared/drained. RP appropriately.
