Sharingan III Kagutsuchi is a very unique dojutsu which was discovered and molded by Hinotori's Sharingan. This fully empowered Sharingan keeps with previous abilities, but also grants an even further clarity which allows the user to masterfully control and manipulate the God of Fire which allows for far greater control of the element of fire, with such optical precision and chakra control that the user would be seen as an embodiment of fire itself. With having this greater control over the Sharingan, it allows for heightened chakra control as well as the ability to still pierce through genjutsu over himself or other targets. Along with these eyes, Hinotori is capable of tracking those he sees through body heat as well as being able to see in utter darkness.
