Skill Description
"Shark Attack" is a Chakra Taijutsu attack of Hoshigaki Style Taijutsu. It allows a Hoshigaki ninja to propel themselves towards an opponent with Chakra, and strike swiftly, to take a chunk out of their target in passing. This spring-step maneuver is even more effective in the water, where the Hoshigaki doesn't even need a sword and can use their teeth. Of course, substituting fists to land a dizzying punch is also an option, since the intent is simply to start whittling away at an opponent bit by bit. Due the simplicity and effectiveness of the attack, it can also be repurposed as a way of countering an opponent's attacks by springing past their blow and beyond their guard, where a strike can be made more easily at a blind spot.
