Skill Description
This Genjutsu is more complex than it's previous incarnation, it requires more hand seals and causes a more convincing illusion, as well as it actually has an optional visual component to the illusion. The user can allow the victim to see illusory glowing feathers swarm them, the feathers can come from wherever the user chooses, most commonly from the sleeves. The user can also choose to simply have the sleepy effect. The feathers seem to drain the victim of his energy, while simultaneously relaxing them and making them feel unnaturally comfortable and light.
