This improvement over the Snake Eyes Technique, causes the user's eyes to take on the properties of a serpent's, increasing motion perception and detail recognition. This can potentially aid in seeing things otherwise hidden — including concealed enemies. The greater amount of Chakra involved boosts the normal perception capabilities, but the eyes also retain moisture easier, and no longer require blinking except for protecting the pair of sense organs. This means that watching or staring can be continued far longer than a normal person would be able to. While this Ninjutsu is active, the ninja's eyes appear to be those of a snake, but the effect extends even further due to the higher level of this Ninjutsu. Scales grow across the upper-half of the face, particularly around the eyes. This can only be concealed by a mask, Henge no Jutsu, or similar covering. No amount of makeup will hide the fact the user has inhuman features.
