By using his Chakra, Sami is able to cause Otomegami to absorb all vibrations in the vicinity. This means that no sound waves travel through air or water around Sami, nor do vibrations transmit through the ground. He can essentially move completely silently, impossible to detect either by hearing or sense of touch — even a highly sensitive ninja would not feel the impacts of his feet on the ground as he approaches, or the disruption of air as Sami moves about. He is still detectable by vision and scent, as well as some special sensory enhancements like Byakugan and Sharingan. This technique requires Otomegami. This stealth technique rolls Tai + Seal.

Note: When used, this technique also disrupts speech. The area is totally quiet.
