The Taisan, or Disperse Technique, focuses the lightning element in the body, the synapses and muscular reaction of the jutsuist are heightened for a mere blink of an eye to far exceed normal human limits. The primary draw back is the emission of the jutsu is a thunderous crash of red lightning, which if recognized by a seasoned opponent would denote it's purpose and perhaps capabilities. Still, the red lightning is enough of a distraction to allow a skilled ninja an opportunity to hide themselves.

This stealth technique rolls Nin + Spd. Learning this jutsu requires 3 D rank Lightning techniques.
