Target Vital Point
A major improvement over the normal Precision Sharp. Target Vital Point goes above and beyond simply attacking a Kink in the opponents defenses, or aiming for a spot that is not so easy to defend. Target Vital Point aims for a nerve cluster, an artery, a joint. Somewhere that if a good ammount of damage is done, the target will be either hurting majorly or disabled for a short ammount of time.
