The user (who, BTW, is a cat) focuses chakra to their vocal cords and uses it to amplify a yowl. Like the roar of a tiger, this amplified yowl contains subsonic waves which can stun a target. The effect, however, is very brief (meaning a follow-up attack must be made against the target before the target's next turn, though it can be done by an ally rather than the user).
