Skill Description
Tsukuyomi Susanoo is a unqiue ability that is acquired when an Uchiha has a combination of the Legendary Mangekyou Powers. Susanoo solidfies the eseence of the user's chakra and then weaponizes it, using elements of their Mangekyou Powers. Tsukuyomi Susanoo doesn't allow the user to incorporate Blaze Release in their Susanoo. Instead it follows through with Tsukuyomi's natural benefits of draining away stamina. Users of the Tsukuyomi Susanoo are able to wear away at an opponents vitality while using chakra constructs to overwhelm an enemy's defenses through brute force.
Skill Requirements: This skill costs 1XP + 1PP and requires Mangekyou Sharingan, Tsukuyomi, Blaze Release, and 1 C rank Amaterasu skill.
