Skill Description
The Vital Vivification Seal is developed from knowledge of medical ninjutsu, seals and chakra control. The seal is always applied to the left pectoral, directly above the heart, and consists of the Kanji for "Life" surrounded by a circular chain of smaller characters. While the seal is inactive, it constantly stores any excess chakra that the user produces. It also converts a percentage of the waste energy from biological processes, such as body heat, into small amounts of usable energy that's absorbed into the seal's reserves.
When the second stage of the seal is released, a thin chain of black seal characters flow from the main seal on the user's chest down the underside of each arm to form a seal circle on the palms. The benefits of the first stage carries over to the second stage. Efficiency and speed at which chakra is gather from all points of the body to be molded is also greatly enhanced. The seal reinforces each hand seal and chakra shaping attempt made by the user with some of it's own power, making the final jutsu extra strong. Moreover, the muscles and tendons of the user's hands are strengthened to allow faster and more dexterous motions, especially when forming hand seals.
