Splash Guard
After making the right seals, water from a source is shaped into a shield that deflects incoming attacks away from the defender. Due to it's density as well, it can also prevent some lightning techniques that aren't as strong.
This defense rolls Nin + Seal. Learning this technique requires Water Manipulation.
