Water Clamp
While making a dragon seal, the user manipulates a column of water to shoot from a nearby water source — with the column's size depending on the size of the water source — to strike a target with enough force to pin him or her to the ground, against a tree, or even on the surface of the very water that is being stood on. Moving to attack the target releases the hold, so this incapacitating attack only lasts a short time. This is a weaker version of Water Prison Technique.
