Jutsu Description
By using the Hydrification Technique, a Hozuki can liquify his or her own body and then reshape facial features, physical built, and other details of appearance for the purposes of disguise by shifting the liquified body around and then solidifying it. It does not provide any abilities that the ninja does not have normally, it does not influence his or her physical attributes, or anything of that nature. It's solely a visual and tactile Ninjutsu disguise, similar to Henge no Jutsu — the Transformation Technique. The main differences are that Water Shape Disguise does not alter voice, has no impact on the ninja's mass and thus can not alter his or her weight, and is sustainable for much longer periods of time than Henge no Jutsu because once the body has been resolidified the only requirement is for the Hozuki to maintain concentration on his or her form. However, this means that a lapse in concentration, being knocked out, or similar can force the ninja to revert back to normal. Likewise, Doujutsu with the ability to see Chakra can identify the unnatural state of the Hozuki's Chakra Network while this technique is in use, and there may be other means of bypassing the disguise as well.
