The Whirlwind Technique is a quick moving spin to the outside guard of an opponent. As the attacker turns, he focuses his chakra into his hands. The spinning motion sets him up for a smooth double palm strike against their opponent. This skill can be used as either an attack or as a counter to an attack. The footwork of this technique can also be used in defensive only applications as well.
