The Rending Sky Storm is a technique developed and taught by the Shirayuki clan. The user gathers a large amount of wind natured chakra above them while forming the seals, and spins the chakra into a vortex. When its ready, the user can throw the technique short-medium distances at a target. If hit, the target is caught with the technique for a few seconds while suffering from slashing, wind based attacks.

This attack rolls Nin + Int to hit, and Seal + Sta to damage.
