This attack takes the very winds and makes it a lethal weapon. By adding wind into their chakra, it allows for this technique to form several sickle-like chakra blades within a gust of wind that tears through almost anything it comes across. Also by it being wind, it can be focused to one particular target or fanned out to hit several opponents at once.
