Military Movements: Aid To Land Of Whirlpools Recalled
Following the death of Takahiro Shuichi, the Daimyou of the Land of Grass, most of the Grass's army that was sent to help in the relief efforts of the Land of Whirlpools have been recalled and placed on high alert by General Ourimo Nime near the borders, fearing this as a possible sign of invasion, or a repeat of the Land of Whirlpool's tragedy. Most high officials have refused to confirm or deny any rumors, but it is clear that an investigation is still on-going.
Supernatural Event: Hitodama Highlands Exorcised
The Hitodama Highlands have reportedly been cleansed of the tormented spirits of the dead. A supernatural weather display over the Jutsu-created plateau, along with an unexplainable sense of peace and relief throughout the entirety of the Land of Grass preceded the news that the Hitodama Highlands are changed. The remains of the dead left behind for the past 14 years have somehow buried themselves in the soil. No evidence of battle remains, other than the giant, hand-shaped tree at the middle of a lake in the Highlands' forest. This is the marker of where Senju Hashiramako defeated the Two-Tailed Nekomata almost a decade and a half ago. It is rumored that the Senju Clan, and the Land of Grass in general, have Yotsuki Raiga and Hanma Hoiishime to thank for this.
